Job Description

Compile and analyze account information to prepare entries for assets, liabilities, and capital accounts. Support month-end processes with experience in reconciliations, general ledgers, and journal entries. Assist and support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and audits. Oversee credit card processes and enforce expense policies. Reconcile accounts monthly and manage corporate credit card programs. Administer bank transactions and ensure accurate data recording. Develop reusable reports and utilize MS Office, MS NAV, and MS Dynamics.

Responsibilities

Compile and analyze account information to prepare entries for assets, liabilities, and capital accounts.

Support month-end processes, including reconciliations, general ledgers, and journal entries.

Assist and support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and audits.

Oversee credit card process and enforce expense policies.

Reconcile accounts monthly and manage corporate credit card programs.

Administer bank transactions and ensure accurate data recording.

Enforce expense reporting policies and maintain finance-related documents.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.

Associates Degree in Finance and/or Accounting.

Knowledge of finance, accounting, and cost control principles.

Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and statements.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Experience with accounting software.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.
