Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Email and Push Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the end-to-end delivery of our email and push marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our partners to gather inputs, build campaigns, and streamline processes to ensure efficient and effective marketing operations.

Responsibilities/Duties

Support special event readiness to ensure partner teams are adhering to deadlines and status tracking Holiday other special events and execution of special events requiring marketing operations support for content scheduling

Support marketing email and push channel during end-to-end campaign creating - managing intakes timelines with marketing partners and design team and building campaigns

Administrative management of day-to-day operations including managing incoming requests from partners and ticket queues by triaging routing to appropriate lead

Support roll-out of internal process improvement initiatives by working with marketing teams and program managers for SOPs/playbooks internal wiki management template creation and other documentation

Campaign Building: Develop and execute email and push marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Input Gathering: Collaborate with partners to collect necessary inputs for campaign creation, ensuring all content is accurate and relevant.

Tool Utilization: Utilize proprietary tools for campaign management and content creation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
