As an Entry-Level ManufacturingWorker, youll be part of a team that keeps production moving by: - Handling raw materials and finished goods manually - Loading, unloading, and positioning reels of cable or wire - Threading wire through machines using eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills - Operating or assisting with machinery in respooling, packaging, or Compak operations - Performing visual inspections and quality checks - Packing products by hand and preparing them for shipment - Completing production reports and maintaining a clean, safe workspace - Expect physical, hands-on work where attention to detail and initiative make all the difference. Work Experience The Preferred Candidate Will Bring: - High School Diploma or GED - Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 4 days on/4 days off rotating schedule (including holidays, weekends, and overtime) - No experience requiredjust a desire to learn and grow with a forward-thinking company - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - An eye for detail and color accuracy for product inspection - Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and reaching throughout a 12-hour shift ### You'll Stand Out if You Have: - Strong mechanical aptitudeor hands-on skills - Manufacturing, Production, Packaging, Machine Operator, or Restaurant experience is a plus!
