As an Entry-Level ManufacturingWorker, youll be part of a team that keeps production moving by: - Handling raw materials and finished goods manually - Loading, unloading, and positioning reels of cable or wire - Threading wire through machines using eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills - Operating or assisting with machinery in respooling, packaging, or Compak operations - Performing visual inspections and quality checks - Packing products by hand and preparing them for shipment - Completing production reports and maintaining a clean, safe workspace - Expect physical, hands-on work where attention to detail and initiative make all the difference.
