Job Summary
As a key member of the North America sales team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships for glass customers. This role involves nurturing relationships with major customers and engineering firms, identifying new business opportunities, leading global key account management, managing complex CAPEX project negotiations, and delivering on the pricing strategy. With a direct impact on sales revenue, the Sales Manager will play a critical role in achieving the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management -(60%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers and engineering companies across all glass markets.
Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs, discuss projects, and promote SEFPRO solutions, in collaboration with marketing and R&D teams.
Negotiate commercial and contractual conditions, including technical and legal aspects.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customer offers and orders through coordination with internal departments.
Support customer inspections at SEFPRO plants.
Global Key Account Management -(40%)
Lead negotiations and manage relationships for major investment projects.
Take ownership of global key accounts, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and strategic growth opportunities.
Prepare and update forecasts in Salesforce for major investment projects, serving as a basis for budgeting and strategic planning.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Material Engineering or a related field (Required). MBA (Preferred).
Work Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical sales, with a preference for experience in the refractory or glass industry.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong understanding of material engineering principles, with a focus on ceramic or glass materials.
Proven experience in global key account management.
Negotiation skills for large-scale contracts and projects.
Proficiency in digital tools, including Salesforce and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
Familiarity with CAD software for reviewing customer-supplied blueprints and layouts (Preferred).
Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills.
Ability to manage customer-facing activities, including attending technical conferences.

Travel Requirements
Up to 50% travel, primarily within the United States and Canada, with occasional international travel for customer inspections at SEFPRO plants.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions
The role involves frequent use of computers and telecommunication equipment, along with occasional visits to industrial sites.
Exposure to environments with extreme heat, dust, noise, and safety equipment requirements may be necessary.
