Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service to our customers by handling inquiries, managing data entry tasks, and maintaining efficient communication across various channels. Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with a high level of care and attention.

Manage email correspondence to ensure timely and accurate communication with clients.

Handle data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.

Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support customer and team needs.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and maintain documents and reports.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and operational efficiency.

Conduct outbound calls as needed to follow up with customers or provide additional support.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.

Uphold company standards and policies in all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements - Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with excellent communication skills.

Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for document management and reporting.

Ability to manage schedules and appointments effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
