Your Compensation: Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $20.38 - $24.00 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $20.38 - $24.00 - $28.00. What You'll Do: Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and automated systems, while also troubleshooting issues, coordinating resolutions, and managing inquiries in the helpdesk system. Ensure timely completion of operational support tasks and maintain accurate inventory records. Collaborate with IT personnel on special projects, oversee system updates and maintenance, ensure security of data, and prioritize member satisfaction while adhering to departmental procedures and policies. Requirements: 6 months' experience in the Help Desk and/or Computer Operator environment preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Continuing education in the Information Technology field preferred. In addition: Must be bondable. Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available. Our Hours: A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM & rotating Saturdays: 8:45AM - 1:15PM In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work once fully trained.
