You are:
As a Payroll Finance Lead, you will take on a pivotal role in spearheading the design, construction, configuration, and support of the PeopleSoft Payroll Finance Integration solution.
The work:
This critical position requires you to ensure seamless integration between PeopleSoft HCM and external applications, aligning with both operational and maintenance needs as well as new initiatives. Your leadership will extend to guiding a team of business analysts, ensuring the successful development of application solutions through effective collaboration with developers and technical team members. You will be tasked with addressing operations and maintenance issues, implementing enhancements, managing tax updates, and overseeing minor projects. Additionally, your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot incidents, respond to support requests, and develop solutions.
Your role will also involve conducting thorough requirements analysis for new initiatives, which may include the introduction of new systems, enhancements, and integrations with current or prospective systems. You will be expected to propose solutions that meet user needs while assessing the impact on existing designs. Moreover, you will coordinate and support the creation and deployment of user documentation, and identify the inputs, outputs, and throughputs of business processes to aid in business process re-engineering. Exposure to PeopleSoft Payroll Finance Integration v9.2, PeopleSoft Finance v9.2, and other financial systems such as Treasury and Banks will be highly advantageous. An accounting degree or experience with accounting fundamentals, although not mandatory, would greatly enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
Here is what you need:
Minimum of 5-7 years combined experience leading both operations and maintenance (production support) and implementation of PeopleSoft Payroll Finance Integration v9.2
Experience with PeopleSoft Finance v9.2 and other integrating financial systems, i.e. Treasury, Banks
Accounting degree or prior experience with accounting fundamentals
Bonus if you have:
Certification in PeopleSoft Payroll Finance Integration
Experience with tax updates and minor projects in PeopleSoft Payroll Finance Integration
Eligibility Requirements:
US Citizenship is required.
Must currently possess an Active Secret Level Clearance.

$108,400-$203,400 USD
