Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Marlton, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position that requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role is based onsite and offers a dynamic work environment to support the team's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize schedules, including setting up appointments and maintaining calendars.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing courteous and attentive customer service.

Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Draft, edit, and manage email correspondence to ensure effective communication.

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to support team objectives.

Coordinate and maintain office records and documentation for easy accessibility.

Assist in preparing reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

Support the team in managing daily operations during busy periods.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks. Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.

Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. TalentMatch®
