Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Marketing Automation, preferably within the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of IT experience , including 6+ years in Marketing Automation .
Proven ability to work strategically with business clients, understanding their requirements and recommending Salesforce solutions.
Expertise in designing and presenting architecture to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibility for designing and developing solutions that meet client business objectives, leveraging consumer insights and data.
Ability to create and implement strategies to improve business processes and define digital technology roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders and partners.
Skill in designing custom campaign data models based on requirements.
Experience in architecting, configuring, administering, and operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to build multi-channel campaigns.
Ability to translate campaign marketing requirements into SFMC technical solutions.
Experience in consulting, driving SFMC implementation, and providing post-implementation guidance and ongoing support to clients.
Proficiency in providing SFMC technical solutions, including campaigns, workflows, API integrations, and ETL processes, balancing architecture standards, total cost of ownership, and feasibility.
Contribution to best practices for managing performance and scalability.
Qualifications:
10+ years of related work experience , with 6+ years of experience in SFMC .
Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SFMC projects .
Expertise with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Ad Studio, Social Studio, and Audience Studio is a plus.
Strong technical design and architectural skills.
Understanding of marketing platforms and system integration.
Hands-on experience in campaign data management for customer data in SFMC, including database schemas and ETL implementation.
Experience in at least one full lifecycle of campaign management or MRM project using SFMC.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written English proficiency.

Salary Transparency
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $96,366 - $150000/yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
