Customer Service Professional

Our client is actively seeking a talented Customer Service Professional. In this full-time, temp-to-hire role, you'll work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a pay rate between $18.00 - $26.00 an hour. You'll interact with a diverse range of professionals including physicians, finance directors, and sales experts, supporting projects in sales, customer service, technical support, and financial forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service to medical and surgical communities.

Engage with customers through quoting, order fulfillment, and phone support.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team on various projects.

Utilize business software; experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Google Drive.

Perform data entry and handle customer engagement with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Detail-oriented with multitasking skills.

Prior experience working with Salesforce and QuickBooks.

Previous experience in customer engagement.
