Description We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lake Katrine, New York. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to assist customers with billing and collections inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in handling customer interactions and using proprietary systems effectively.

Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, ensuring inquiries are addressed quickly and efficiently.

Assist customers with billing questions, collections issues, and emergency situations, such as reporting gas odors.

Accurately document customer information and interactions using proprietary systems and tools.

Redirect calls to the appropriate team or department for specialized assistance when necessary.

Maintain a positive and focused demeanor, even during challenging conversations.

Adhere to established call-handling protocols to meet the goal of five-minute call durations.

Participate in a mandatory two-week training program to gain proficiency in company systems and procedures.

Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed to assist customers effectively.

Uphold high standards of data entry accuracy and keyboarding speed.

Provide bilingual support in Spanish if applicable (preferred but not required). Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality.

Strong computer proficiency, including data entry and navigating multiple systems.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Availability to attend a mandatory two-week training period without interruptions.

Valid driver's license and all candidates required to undergo a screening process.

Strong keyboarding skills with a minimum data entry speed of 6,000 keystrokes per hour.

Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not mandatory. TalentMatch®
