Digital Marketing Manager

The main objective of the Digital Marketing Manager position is to work
with the Director of Marketing to develop & support successful
strategies aimed at the group, wedding, local Food & Beverage, & leisure
market segments with the purpose of achieving revenue goals & growing
brand awareness. DUTIES Support the Director of Marketing in developing
& managing campaigns directed at growing revenue among the group,
wedding/social catering, local Food &Beverage, & leisure markets. Strong
interpersonal skills for vendor relationships & media visits.
Participates in weekly strategy meetings with various hotel departments
to monitor & improve communications throughout the resort & in all
marketing efforts. Assists with the development & implementation of
promotions, both internal & external. Reviews production by channel &
offers insight & strategies to improve performance. Supports in the
development of campaign strategies & designs emails for resort
initiatives. Participates in bi-weekly meetings with our PR team &
hospitality branding agency to maximize brand awareness & success of
campaign strategies. Updates the resort?s website, in-room television
system, resort app, & more to maximize guest communication & perfect the
user experience. Evaluates outcomes, providing on-going analysis &
interpretation, including analyzing effectiveness & performance of
campaigns. Creates content for all social channels (Facebook, Instagram,
YouTube, TripAdvisor, etc.) & monitors success. Provides creative input
& develops on-site & off-site collateral for group, wedding/social
catering, local Food & Beverage, & leisure campaigns. Assists in the
execution & entertainment of media stays, media FAM trips, photo/video
shoots & other on-site marketing events. Research marketing trends &
offers insight on how to enhance & implement our own property or in our
marketing efforts. Manages & maintains the resort?s image & video
inventory. Contributes to the strategy behind turning Ocean Edge Resort
& Golf Club from a summer resort into a year-round destination. Manages
on-line reputation management drafts & responds to social channels, as
appropriate. Regular weekly travel to Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club.
Performs other duties as assigned. Able to multitask & communicate
properly about priorities. Graphic design experience preferred. In depth
