Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Shift: 8 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Answering incoming patient and referral source calls related to new orders and ongoing patient service needs, reporting to the local branch manager.

Completing outbound calls to patients and referral sources regarding order receipt confirmation, documentation requirements, and patient wellness calls.

Reviewing incoming faxed orders and determining the necessary actions to be taken.

Collaborating with back-office qualification teams to facilitate timely processing of orders.

Partnering with the sales team to obtain complete and accurate documentation based on payor and regulatory requirements.

Greeting and assisting walk-in customers while collecting payment and billing information as needed.

Ordering inventory or office supplies to maintain office efficiency.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have at least one year of similar and recent work experience (must have).

Are comfortable working 100% in the office (must have).

Hold a high school diploma or GED (must have).
