BASIC FUNCTION

Under the directsupervision of the VP-HR, K&B INTL & NEW VENTURES, performs administrative functions to ensure operations flow smoothly in a fast-paced, technologically oriented officeenvironment.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Owns VP-HR's calendar.

Sets up meetings, including all logistics (rooms, setup, technology, etc).

Coordinate the preparation of meeting agendas for group level and cross regional meetings

Manages budget for President Office including expense management / reporting.

Manages all travel needs (travel booking, hotels, schedules, itineraries, etc).

Manages employee onboarding and offboarding.

Email management.

Document proofing / presentation design.

Office management (paper, printer, coffee, etc).

Create purchase orders and submit invoices.

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma and 10+ years of administrative experience of which 5+ with Kohler Company is preferred.

Proven experience to manage calendar and travel

Proven ability to collaborate across multi functions, multi-cultural

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external contacts.

Proven ability to navigate complexity

Proven ability to work with high-level direction (not step by step)

Experience in project coordination is a plus.

Exceptional and proven customer service, along with a high degree of professionalism/confidentiality required.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with frequent changes in schedules and priorities.

Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams.

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external contacts.

Must be flexible.
