Hybrid Administrative Assistant in Ft Washington - Up to 25/hr!

Our client, a prominent organization based in Fort Washington, is seeking a collaborative, hands-on contract Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic production team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations across project coordination, billing, scheduling, and administrative support. This administrative assistant will work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing software such as Deltek, Arch Online, Concur, and Microsoft Office.

Key Points:

Provide administrative support to a collaborative product development team

Execute billing processes including task entry, close-out, and pre-billing adjustments using Deltek, Excel, and Arch Online

Coordinate with team members to track project progress, manage documentation, and maintain reporting accuracy

Assist with team scheduling, travel planning, and internal event coordination

Monitor, update, and process work orders, fee sheet revisions, and project status reports

Manage document creation, shipping logistics, and expense reporting.

About You:

Hands-on experience using Deltek, and proficiency in Excel, DocuSign, and PDFs

2+ years of experience in an administrative support role

A collaborative team player comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
