About the Role:
Successfulcandidateswill providecomplex middleoffice support to DCM programs, work on problems of moderate to extensive scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors as well as advancedproblem solvingskills, and exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Responsible for administration of the Interest Rate Hedging and/or Syndication and Asset Sales programs within the Debt Capital Markets Department.
Responsibilities include support of the Syndications program, the asset sales program, and the Customer Level Interest Rate Hedging program, including documentation, closing, file maintenance and data input.
Works specifically on syndicated loans, agency services, asset sales, and swap transactions including data analysis and coordination of sales process.
Acts as a liaison with customers, attorneys, loan administration, accounting, Commercial Loan Administrators, and Relationship Managers, during all phases of Debt Capital Markets transactions.
One or more of the following, as directed by department management:
Directs the portfolio management of the Bank's Agency portfolio and distribution of required materials to lending partners. Prepares internal and external reporting on the Agency and Non-Agency portfolio for review by DCM leadership.
Coordinates with third-party loan buyers and other parties to assist with completing asset sales as needed; this includes helping track questions from loan buyers, creating and/or posting documents for due diligence purposes, drafting paperwork and forms, and other tasks that facilitate the execution of asset sales.
Executes hedging transition with borrower and ensures the completion of relevant administration.
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

About You:
Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent work experience (Required)
4-7 yearsof relevant loan administration and/or capital markets experience.(Required)
Excellent analytical andproblem-solvingskills.
Excellent loan administration experience with knowledge of commercial and industrial as well as commercial real estate lending.
Strong familiarity with commercial finance, documentation, accounting and data systems.
Ability to administer a complex commercial loan/DCM portfolio.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage internal and external customer relationships.
Proficiency with personal computers and related software packages such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and other business machines.
Ability to train and present to small and large audiences or has the interest in learning to train and present.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $76,654.42 - $120,000.00 and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
