Job Title: Facility Maintenance

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance responsible for performing various tasks related to the maintenance, operation, and cleanliness of a facility. This role includes routine maintenance and repairs, managing inventory and supplies, handling waste management, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including assisting with equipment and systems maintenance.

Manage inventory and supplies.

Handle waste management and maintain cleanliness in common areas.

Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and take appropriate actions.

Conduct building cleaning operations in accordance with established cleaning standards.

Monitor common areas, including parking and green areas, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to guidelines and standards.

Perform activities such as landscaping and snow removal to maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of common areas.

Execute assigned work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with standard processes and safety guidelines.

Monitor and report any safety hazards, damages, or malfunctioning equipment, and take appropriate action.

Report and record all recurring problems with the facility/equipment to ensure continuous improvement.

Work Environment

This position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, with some overtime required. The work involves maintaining cleanliness and functionality in various facility areas, including outdoor tasks such as landscaping and snow removal.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
