Description

We are looking for an Asset Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, California. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to support essential human resources functions while contributing to the smooth operation of business processes. The ideal candidate will excel in administration, coordination, and communication, ensuring the effective management of assets and resources.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate asset management processes, including tracking, documentation, and reporting.

Provide administrative support for onboarding, facility management, and office functions.

Assist in planning and managing budgets, ensuring accurate expense reporting.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to perform daily tasks.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address needs and resolve issues.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Support warehouse management and travel-related activities as needed.

Oversee business processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.

Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and enhance office administration.

Monitor and manage resources to meet operational goals and deadlines.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service and office administration.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to plan, organize, and manage budgets and expenses.

Familiarity with security protocols and confidentiality practices.

Experience in facility and warehouse management.

Demonstrated ability to work onsite and collaborate with stakeholders.
