Hiring Entry Level CNC Machinist in Arlington, WA!

Pay: $20-$37/hr

Shifts Available:

1stShift: Mon-Thur, 4:30pm - 3:00am

Weekend Shift: Fri-Sun, 4:30am - 5:00pm or 5:00pm-4:30am

Company Overview:

We are hiring for aerospace machinists to craft aircraft parts, including engine pylons, struts, wing boxes, wings, wheel wells, and interiors.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and Operate CNC machines and machining centers to fabricate aerospace parts.

Detect and report malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.

Inspect first part runs thoroughly.

Meet job standard times with minimal supervision.

Recognize and report production problems.

Understand basic machine language (M-codes and G-codes).

Verify finished work pieces using standard measuring tools.

Read and interpret manufacturing drawings.

Perform miscellaneous duties as directed.

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

Key Skills and Experience:

Positive attitude and punctuality.

Proficient with basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Mechanically inclined with good manual dexterity.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
