Job Description: AriensCo is looking for self-starting, motivatedEngineering Internsfor Summer 2025. This is the perfect opportunity to enhance your education with practical hands-on experience to prepare you for your future. This position is located in Brillion, WI. This is a support role primarily for design engineering, with manufacturing, testing, R&D, and service department exposure. You will interact with supervisors, project leaders, engineers, technicians, skilled trades, and cross functional project stakeholders on a daily basis. THE DAY TO DAY... Support engineering team by performing basic engineering assignments in the design and development of outdoor power products This can involve participation with planning, technology research, materials engineering, functional design, prototyping, product/component testing, etc. Observe and learn manufacturing capabilities to permit Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) In this internship you will gain experience with: Component and subsystem design and analysis Concept development, evaluation, and testing SolidWorks or SolidWorks Electrical Design presentations and reports Microsoft Office Bills of material and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software Outdoor power equipment You will be exposed to: The product development process and manufacturing principles Analysis techniques Design reviews Fabrication processes including welding, brake press metal forming, laser cutting, machining, stamping, powder painting, and more Final assembly...
