We are looking for a highly skilled and business-oriented FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for the Americas region (North and South America). This role will be critical in driving regional financial performance, improving strategic decision-making, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior management. The FP&A Manager will work cross-functionally across finance, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring high-quality financial insights, planning accuracy, and accountability across the region. This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site in our offices in Oak Brook, IL or Racine, WI and two (2) days remote/home office. Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the Americas region in close collaboration with business unit leaders. Deliver in-depth financial analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and business drivers to support informed decision-making. Provide strategic financial guidance to regional leadership, helping shape commercial strategies, investments, and resource allocation. Own the monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including variance analysis, financial commentary, and executive-ready presentations. Build and enhance financial models and scenario planning tools to assess the impact of strategic initiatives, pricing changes, and market conditions. Collaborate with accounting, operations, and regional controllers to ensure accurate and timely financial consolidation and reporting.
