Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Crown Point, Indiana. This role sits at the intersection of the finance industry, where you will be tasked with both accounts payable and receivable duties. Your responsibilities will not be confined to a traditional office setting, as you will be working across multiple affiliated companies.

Responsibilities:

Accurate processing of around 40 invoices daily using Microsoft Excel

Managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

Conducting account reconciliation for major and smaller vendors

Handling multiple company accounts, ensuring smooth financial operations

Utilizing ERP - job boss for efficient management of financial tasks

Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required

Maintaining precise records of customer credit. Requirements - Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role as an Accounting Clerk

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is essential

Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required

Familiarity with Invoice Processing is a must

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
