Program Manager II, Supply Chain Planning, Platforms and Devices

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience in supply and demand planning.

Experience in supply chain analytics.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience in supply operations in the retail sector or consumer hardware.

Experience in reverse logistics supply chain.

Experience with consumer hardware products.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Develop models for returns forecasting and components planning to maintain excellent service levels to customers.

Support last time buys by providing accurate, reliable inputs from demand model and forecast while analyzing patterns and trends in data and help continuous process improvements.

Drive product success metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory weeks of supply, excess and obsolescence, material spend, customer fulfillment rates.

Support implementation of new planning systems/upgrades, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operational processes.
