The Marketing Specialist is responsible for positively and professionally positioning, promoting and representing the brand, company, products and services to all customers and stakeholders, internally and externally, with a "Customer 1st" approach. He/she drives the development, execution, evaluation and reporting on initiatives geared towards achieving company objectives, within identified budgets and timelines.
The Marketing Specialist manages all communications related to business-critical initiatives and ensures that they are executed with the highest quality; develops, integrates, and implements of a broad range of communications activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning of the organization and its leadership, provides guidance and focus to advance communications goals for the organization, including its CSR policies and activities.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing:
360 Campaigns based on centrally developed campaign toolkits: including executions for media channels, retail presence, all digital owned assets, digital campaigns, external and internal comms.
S/heis commercially focused on delivering marketing programmes to drive market share and revenue objectives and is focused on creating and implementing local tactical responses to competitive activity in market.
Bring company and commercial initiatives to life both Internally to employees but also externally to consumers and stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
360 Campaigns: media channels, retail presence, all digital owned assets, digital campaigns, external and internal comms.
Develop end to end B2C marketing executions across cross functional teams including Advertising, brand communications and digital execution to ensure efficient and effective customer journey. Own planning process as a critical function to bringing Commercial Plan together and translate into Marketing plans.
Manage promotional collateral and activities that support sales initiatives.
Demonstrate clear understanding of the Fixed/Mobile/ budget, objectives and commercial targets.
Collaborate with digital strategy and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within the larger marketing programs.
Work with central and local advertising agency partners to develop and execute advertising in support of annual marketing plan.
Work with Central Marketing Strategy team to execute campaign toolkits in a way that's meaningful and relevant for local market.
Develop annual sponsorship & influencer plan and execute E2E activations to support that strategy for B2B and B2C
Align with Media planner lead to translate commercial priorities into a media plan - Digital, Traditional and CBM - that builds the brand and generates sale
Provide branding, sales collateral and materials as requested and aligned to commercial priorities.
Provide Branding for Sales Events and support in set-up to ensure brand alignment.
Coordinate appropriate media coverage (i.e. radio remote) and media support to drive attendance at sales events.
Manage monthly forecast/re-forecast, accrual process, PO & Expense management
CSR Initiative Support i.e. School Givebacks, Fundraising, Disaster Relief, Jump
Support B2B and Communications as needed.
Bachelors' degree in Marketing or other related field required OR Diploma level qualifications with relevant experience not less than 3 years.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in progressively responsible roles in Marketing. Experience in Public Relations, and/or Communications is a plus.
Experience in digital marketing and will be an asset
