LinkedIn's Strategic Finance team is looking for an Associate who is a strategic thinker, motivated operator, and passionate about digital trust and safety.? This individual will partner with a wide range of cross functional teams from Product, Engineering and Artificial Intelligence to Ops, Policy and Legal to ensure that LinkedIn is a safe and trusted platform for our members and customers.? This is a great role for someone with a passion for the intersection between technology, strategy and policy, and will require an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to roll up their sleeves and work independently to drive impact.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the ongoing strategic finance partner for our cross-functional Trust team, delivering strategic projects for leadership in high priority areas.
Supports performance management by creating, maintaining, and updating basic models and dashboards for assigned metrics.
Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess trends, risks, and identify improvement areas with some support from more senior team members.
Communicates performance trends / analyses to management and cross-functional stakeholders with the necessary business @context.
Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to support initiatives and target setting by providing a metrics-oriented perspective, with some supervision.
Supports collaborative relationships with other teams and utilizes input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 1 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL, Excel, and Tableau
Highly analytical: Experience decomposing and solving real-world business problems via data driven analysis
Proactive and passionate: Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations??
High-energy, team-first attitude: Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business???
Concise and effective communication: Excellent communication skills to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

The pay range for this role is $95,000-126,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
