What you'll be doing: Performs a variety of duties in support of: Production Control, Toolroom, Sales, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Maintenance and Manufacturing. Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship of the day-to-day work of the various departments, works independently receiving a minimum of detailed supervision and guidance. This is an office hourly position.

Sales commissions -- calculates and tracks monthly commission payments for external Luvata Representatives as designated by the Sales Director. Calculations provided to Accounting for payment, notifications sent to Representative(s).

Process daily PO's - responsible for accurate data entry of all daily purchase orders (EDI, Forming Email or other), checks inventory, verifies pricing, schedules required items with production and provides customer order confirmation as required.

Daily invoicing - invoicing and processing all documents necessary for a purchase order, posting billing, mailing invoices where required and maintaining all on-line programs, e.g. EDI, etc.

Incoming calls -- assist in answering the telephone; taking customer orders, handling routine inquiries, and redirecting external calls.

Customs documents - prepares all customs documents for shipment into Canada and Mexico, including FedEx documents.

Daily order report - generates the daily order report.

Content Central -- files all required documentation into appropriate locations.

Customer terms and conditions tracking -- maintains internal tracking of customer terms and conditions.
