Job Title: Warehouse Tech

Job Description

The Warehouse Tech plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of material handling and inventory tracking within the warehouse. This position involves the loading, unloading, packing, and unpacking of materials, as well as labeling and sorting incoming and outgoing shipments. The Warehouse Tech will also be responsible for relocating items within the warehouse or factory and operating a forklift and other machinery used for transporting or shipping materials.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, pack, and unpack materials efficiently.

Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.

Relocate items within the warehouse or factory as required.

Operate a forklift and other machinery used for transporting or shipping materials.

Track inventory of incoming and outgoing items consistently.

Handle and dispose of hazardous waste materials carefully and responsibly.

Essential Skills

2+ years of stand-up forklift experience.

Proficiency in forklift operation and material handling.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in inventory management, picking, packing, loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with warehouse inventory systems.

Preferred experience with overtime work.

Work Environment

Work on the 1st shift from 6am to 2:30pm in a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse setting. The position offers an hourly rate, ensuring fair compensation for your efforts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muskego, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
