This Busser opportunity is at our restaurant, One Bistro (http://www.onebistro.com/) , located at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood, MA! One Bistro is a critically acclaimed, upscale casual dining restaurant. Our restaurant's success is driven by delicious, affordable, unpretentious food made from high quality, seasonal ingredients served in an atmosphere featuring beautifully lit, contemporary décor and open-kitchen energy.

Shifts needed to fill in: 11 AM - 5 PM and 4 PM - 11 PM

Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.

Greet customers while bringing bread to tables.

Clean tables and remove dishes after guests have finished dining.

Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher to be cleaned.

Be able to remain focused and on-task during busy hours.

High school diploma/GED.

Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not necessary.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Eye for detail.

Ability to lift 20 lbs or more.

Willing to stand or walk for extended periods.

Availability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays.

The hiring range for this position is $6.80 to $8.50 per hour plus tips. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience. The position is eligible to participate in FM's comprehensive Total Rewards program that includes an incentive plan, career development opportunities, flexible work, free meals, Sheraton/Marriott employee discount at participating hotels and Free Parking!
