Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both private equity and hedge fund operations while collaborating with senior leadership to drive financial excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, paired with the ability to align financial processes with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

Manage general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Oversee corporate tax processes, including preparation, filing, and adherence to relevant regulations.

Lead cash management initiatives, including forecasting and maintaining liquidity for operational needs.

Collaborate with managing partners and investment teams to support financial strategy and decision-making.

Prepare and analyze financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Support audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries from auditors.

Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Handle ad hoc financial projects as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost optimization. Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the fund administrator, private equity, family office environment

Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Solid understanding of corporate tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Expertise in general ledger management and financial reporting.

Proven ability to manage cash flow and oversee liquidity planning.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with senior management and team members.
