Job Summary:
Under limited supervision, this role oversees marketing strategies and leads tactical implementation of campaigns for business units, financial advisors, and other internal clients. The ideal candidate will make recommendations based on a solid understanding of the industry and competitive landscape, supporting client projects and smaller accounts within the Marketing department.
This position supports the strategic services of the client's Marketing team and serves as a liaison between internal clients and the department to ensure branding, communications, production, and measurement goals are met. The role may lead small projects with low to moderate scope or impact and moderate visibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accountability for proofreading and adhering to procedural requirements to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Support client relationships and manage assigned business units or financial advisors, remaining proactive in delivering added value and responsive to client needs.
Develop and build client relationships.
Meet with a range of individuals and business units across the company to support project coordination.
Research strategic concepts and develop programs, acting as a strategic business partner to assigned internal clients.
Interpret market research data and make actionable business decisions.
Provide recommendations to clients on brand and business objectives.
Develop and monitor tactical initiatives that support client objectives and strategies.
Establish, administer, and monitor timelines and budgets at the account level.
Manage day-to-day account activities, including client communication, workflow monitoring, and project oversight.
Collaborate with sub-department managers and traffic management specialists to manage production and ensure cross-functional team success.
Coordinate creative elements of tactical initiatives and, alongside the creative team, present concepts to internal clients.
Write sales materials, including original concept creation, drafting, editing, and proofreading.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
