Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for supporting critical growth audiences which will focus on growing the AT&T brand interest and perception in segments including but not limited to Hispanic, Millennials/Gen-Z and other growth opportunities. Some of the specific programs and properties that this position will be responsible for managing will be: Major League Soccer, US Soccer, Mexican National Team and related activations and platforms. Their role will be to set the vision of the initiatives, work across other vertical teams, brand marketing and strategy, business units to execute in the market. Their role will be to execute and activate the programs working with their Director, the Sponsorships Agency of Record, business unit and brand partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in executing our key growth audiences sponsorships strategy, day-to-day business operations, experiential marketing development and property integration to drive the overall effectiveness of AT&T's strategy and business goals
Successfully delivering on the strategy and goals through the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative multichannel customer engagement programs with strategic partners
Lead the day-to-day management of sponsorship properties to make sure that these properties are executing on AT&T objectives and strategy while growing the AT&T brand and its product reputation
This candidate must be knowledgeable about growth and emerging markets
This role will also entail managing specific vertical budgets and the candidate must be adept at managing a budget
