Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow within a collaborative and supportive work environment. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely assistance.

Process orders, including data entry and order tracking, to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Prepare pricing quotes and accurately manage billing information.

Coordinate the picking and shipping of products from the warehouse, ensuring all items meet quality standards.

Maintain and update records using tools such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Google Drive.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars to support team efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing effectively.

Foster a positive and respectful relationship with customers and team members alike.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems.

Familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Google Drive or a willingness to learn these tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Capable of working in a small, laid-back team environment while maintaining professionalism.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

Ability to lift items up to 16 lbs as needed in warehouse support tasks. TalentMatch®
