Looking for an upbeat Reception Administrative Assistant with data entry skills for a client in Troy. The Reception Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front office in a positive, customer focused manner by answering incoming phone calls, supporting various departments with administrative tasks.

The position is Monday through Friday, working on site, first shift 7am-3:30pm.

Pay rate for the Reception Administrative Assistant will be between $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience. This is a Temporary to Direct Hire position.

Reception Administrative Assistant Job Functions:

Answer and direct incoming calls

Data Entry

Invoice/Billing

Sort and distribute daily mail

Administrative tasks as needed

Reception Administrative Assistant Requirements:

Intermediate MS Word and Excel

QuickBooks or other accounting software experience

Good mathematical aptitude

High School Diploma
