Position Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and proficientApplication Specialistwith strong Functional Skills, specifically inFinance and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of2 years of ERP experiencewith systems such asOracle PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP. This position requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. ERP System Support: o Provide functional support for Finance and Supply Chain modules. o Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, ensuring smooth system operations. 2. Business Analysis: o Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. o Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and new features. 3. System Configuration and Maintenance: o Configure and maintain ERP applications to meet business needs. o Perform regular system updates and ensure compliance with best practices. 4. Training and Documentation: o Conduct end-user training sessions to enhance system adoption. o Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and process flows. 5. Collaboration and Communication: o Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to implement and optimize ERP solutions. o Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 6. Project Support: o Participate in ERP implementation or upgrade projects. o Test new functionalities and ensure successful deployment. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (an Associate degree with equivalent experience will also be considered). A minimum of2 years of ERP experiencewith Oracle PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP. Strong knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain modules. Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with system implementations or upgrades. Knowledge of SQL and PeopleSoft Query. Understanding of other ERP systems or tools related to finance and supply chain management. Certification in relevant ERP systems is a plus. Skills and Competencies: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
