Job Title: Production Prep Technician

Location: Clearwater, FL

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour to start

Type: Temp-to-Perm

Schedule:

Regular Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Training Hours (First 1-2 Weeks): 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

We're hiring Production Prep Technicians to support a leading aerospace manufacturer right here in Clearwater, FL. This isn't your typical factory job - no moving conveyor belts or mindless line work. In this role, you set the pace. You'll work with precision, handle small parts, and be trusted to take ownership of your work from day one.

At $17.50/hour to start and with full-time potential, this is a great way to get your hands on a career that's going places.

What You'll Do:

Prep and mask small aerospace components for finishing

Clean and handle parts with accuracy and care

Use basic computer tools to track work and progress

Work independently - stay focused, proactive, and engaged

Be detail-obsessed and take pride in doing the job right

What We're Looking For:

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Basic computer skills

Self-motivated and dependable

Not afraid to ask questions or take initiative

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (must be verifiable)

Must pass a background check and drug screen

Able to complete classroom training during your first 1-2 weeks

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
