How you make a difference
The Warehouse Coordinator plays a crucial role in keeping the facility running smoothly by managing inventory, ensuring stock levels are always up to par, and handling timely deliveries. This hands-on position requires attention to detail and organization, as you'll be responsible for ensuring that all supplies are well-stocked and readily available. Your ability to manage inventory efficiently will directly contribute to the operational success of the facility, making you a vital part of the team!
Key Responsibilities
Material Handling : Convey materials and items from receiving areas to the warehouse or designated areas using hand trucks or moveable bins.
Shipment Inspection : Open shipments, check materials for condition, and verify the accuracy of items received against purchase orders.
Inventory Management : Update inventory for received orders and work to reconcile any discrepancies.
Supply Organization : Sort and place supplies on warehouse racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined criteria (size, @type, style, color, location ID, etc.).
Timely Delivery : Deliver supplies accurately and promptly upon staff requests while maintaining par-level inventory for all items in the warehouse and storage areas.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Preferred: Two (2) years' experience in warehouse and/or stockroom.
