month Temporary Part time Administrative Assistant to work in our Single
Family Housing Group. This position is responsible for performing
administrative support activities related to the support of the Single
Family Loan Servicing Team. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Scanning/QC of
loan documents and correspondence; Managing/Ordering of office supplies
and envelope stock Project related work or data entry/clean up; Handling
of returned mail/address updates; Answering incoming phone calls, call
center support, customer service. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND
EXPERIENCE: Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or
equivalent and three years of progressively related experience. Any
equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to
successfully perform the essential duties of the job will be considered.
Knowledge required for this position includes: Modern office procedures;
Database management principles; Customer service principles; Inventory
maintenance principles; Basic math; Spelling and grammar principles;
Basic filing and record keeping principles. Skills required for this
position include: Using computers and applicable software; Prioritizing
work and performing multiple tasks; Providing customer service;
Performing basic mathematical calculations; Identifying and resolving
problems; Maintaining confidentiality Proofing and editing written
correspondence; Maintaining various confidential records; Filing; Typing
Maintaining various automated and paper records and files;
Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with
coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange
