Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Menlo Park, California. In this role, you will oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, possess exceptional communication skills, and maintain a business-appropriate appearance.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors with courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression.

Oversee daily front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and directing calls appropriately.

Manage lunch orders by coordinating and closing out food deliveries for the team.

Ensure meeting rooms are prepared, including verifying technology setups and maintaining a clean environment.

Provide concierge services and assist with scheduling as needed.

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and responding to emails.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front-of-house coverage Monday through Friday.

Maintain a business-appropriate dress code and represent the company with a courteous demeanor. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar front desk role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with handling multi-line phone systems and directing calls.

Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a detail-oriented setting.

Comfortable working onsite five days a week and adhering to a business-appropriate dress code. TalentMatch®
