Our client, a leading player in the data storage solutions, is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Retail Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Global Retail Marketing + Demand Generation team supporting top-tier retail accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Retail Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $45/hr

What's the Job?

Manage day-to-day marketing relationships with large North American retail accounts.

Develop and execute comprehensive joint marketing programs and promotional strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion, and grow market share in-store and online.

Lead retail marketing initiatives for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling moments-customized for each retail partner's audience and channels.

Partner closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to deliver unified and timely retail marketing strategies.

Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance and ROI. Use data to make recommendations for future campaigns and investments.

What's Needed?

2+ years of experience in retail or channel marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics or tech sector

Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and market trends.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Excel, Power BI, or retail analytics dashboards

Experience building high-performing marketing campaigns with retail customers

Experience managing large retailers (like Best Buy, Walmart, etc)
