As Director of Technical Marketing, you will lead a global team of innovative, highly technical to create the future of technical assets in marketing. Technical Marketing builds out the experiences that will help our customers connect with our products and experience how our solutions can help solve their business needs. Tech Marketing gets to play with the latest and greatest software while ensuring that the technical message comes through loud and clear. Software is fun and we believe our portfolio is the star of the show. You will oversee the strategy and direction of the team as they build, maintain, automate & publish trials, demos, digital experience center & events environments loaded with Siemens DI solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable a consistent technical message and accessible platforms. Ensure Team is aligned with key stakeholders, manage strategic priorities, and help design the assets of the future.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
3 years' experience with at least part of the Siemens portfolio including: NX, Teamcenter, Simatic IT, TIA Portal etc.
At least 5 years' experience in a leadership role
Understand the B2B buyer's journey
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead international and remote team members.
Able to set and guide strategic direction, priorities and coordinate work across multiple teams
Experience with the sales cycle (Presales, Sales, Services etc.)
Motivated team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work flexibly with international and remote team members. Our team lives, works, and plays all around the world.
Collaborating with global team and cross functional BUs
A customer-centric approach and a love of standing at the intersection of technology and marketing.
Fearlessness in the face of new things - we are not satisfied with the status quo!
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Good understanding of the broader Siemens SW Portfolio and/or Automation portfolio
MBA, PMP
3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
Strong project management skills
Proven strategic, people oriented and inspirational leadership skills that raise up teams and build deep benches.
Versed in an array of B2B Marketing Skills with experience introducing and developing new practice areas and skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to connect with stakeholders at all levels.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday
The salary range for this position is $168,700 to $303,700 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
