Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vineland, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional support to customers while handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. The role requires adaptability and a strong ability to work with various software tools and systems.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Provide detailed assistance to customers regarding billing and benefit-related functions.

Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and manage customer accounts.

Operate software tools such as Office, Avaya CMS, and Epic Software to support daily tasks.

Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.

Handle financial service-related tasks using ADP and other specialized platforms.

Assist in training periods, transitioning to second shift after the initial onboarding phase.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.

Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by sharing insights and feedback. Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Familiarity with financial service tools such as ADP and Avaya CMS.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work onsite in Vineland, New Jersey.

Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts, including second shift after training.

Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
