We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse, Shipping & Purchasing Manager to take ownership of our inventory, shipping, and purchasing functions. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency as we grow. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, logistics, and procurement, with a strong ability to implement structure and process in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Warehouse & Inventory Management to include:

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory

Implement and maintain a lot-tracking system to ensure accurate inventory records

Ensure that only designated personnel handle inventory picking and shipping to maintain accuracy

Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to prevent discrepancies

Shipping & Receiving to include:

Manage incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders

Coordinate outbound shipments to customers and manufacturing, ensuring correct lot tracking

Maintain relationships with shipping carriers and optimize logistics costs

Purchasing & Inventory Planning to include:

Work with vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials

Maintain appropriate stock levels by tracking usage and forecasting demand

Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or inventory control

Strong understanding of lot tracking, inventory systems, and procurement

Hands-on mentality with the ability to implement structure in a growing company

Experience in food manufacturing or perishable goods (preferred)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse setting as needed
