Position Overview
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain role will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the Supply Chaing functionalities of Shockwave's Oracle Cloud ERP solution. This position will own the documentation of functional requirements, integrations, and change control compliance for the Supply Chain area of Oracle Could ERP and satellite systems like Business Intelligence, Virge, etc. The role will participate in the design of the overall application architecture to support end to end processes that traverse multiple business applications.
Essential Job Functions
Serve as an Oracle Functional lead in IT for supporting Supply Chain business processes (Logistics, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Inventory, etc.,). Be responsible for scoping, planning, capturing requirements, system configuration, testing and training.
Work closely with business leads to understand their business objectives and processes, providing guidance in leveraging applications to increase impact, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Partner with the Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams for implementation project efforts by capturing the problem definition, current state, desired future state definition, etc.
Identify Business Process Improvements & Requirements and map them to functional application processes.
Partner with other cross-functional teams to create and monitor integrations; ensuring integrations run successfully
Coordinate the evaluation, scope, testing, approval and completion of new development requests.
Ability to collaborate with other business functions like Finance, Sales, Customer Care as relates to issues, impact analysis etc.
Create and maintain documentation and ensure appropriate adherence to change management protocols
Support compliance activities related FDA (ISO 13485) and SOX.
Support documentation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures related to business applications.
Partner with third party vendors, ensure timely resolution of issues and timely delivery
Address user issues/concerns in a professional/timely manner and ensure end-user satisfaction
Develop and communicate training and documentation for end users and provide training as necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Computer / Software Engineering or equivalent preferred)
5+ years of experience working in an IT environment.
3+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP (EBS/Cloud) Supply Chain modules or other ERP's preferred
Experience with OCR technologies like WebCenter preferred
Desired experience in designing / developing enhancements in Supply Chain modules
Exposure to managing users and roles
Understanding about interfaces like EDI, API will be a plus.
Exposure to Reporting platforms (Power BI) is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively at all levels
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Continuous Improvement mindset with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or Agile environment desirable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Experience working in FDA regulated environments is a plus
Additional Information:
The anticipated base pay for this position is $105,000-$169,050 annually.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
