Description

We are working with a client looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join their team on a contract to hire basis in Fort Collins, Colorado. This role combines sales and customer service with warehouse operations, providing a well-rounded opportunity for individuals eager to develop their technical and logistical skills. Responsibilities:

Process and manage sales orders using proprietary software systems.

Communicate effectively with team members through Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Assist with order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and organizing inventory.

Provide technical product support and share detailed information with customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Complete forklift training and certification to support warehouse operations.

Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and logistical needs.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Willingness to learn technical product details and industry-specific terminology.

Ability to work in a warehouse environment and operate equipment following training.

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Previous experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus.

Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills.

Experience in sales or handling inbound customer calls is preferred. TalentMatch®
