Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our team in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the financial services industry while working in a long-term contract role. The ideal candidate will assist in managing essential accounting processes and contribute to the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Responsibilities:

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Process checks and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate financial statements.

Support enterprise resource planning (ERP) tasks to optimize financial workflows.

Collaborate with team members to perform essential accounting functions and meet deadlines.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation for internal use.

Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all accounting tasks.

Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving accounting software issues.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
