Warehouse and Deployment Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provide friendly, responsive, high-quality customer service to internal and external clients. Unbox, asset tag, and stage client equipment on carts for organized deployment. Assist in the set-up, configuration, and deployment of assets and related hardware. Inspect and test equipment using company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Clean, pack, palletize, load, and unload goods for delivery/shipping. Deliver and deploy assets at client locations according to client instructions and established Vanguard policies, procedures, and standards. Deliver, set up, and recover equipment at client locations. Maintain a professional appearance and ensure clean, organized workspaces at both Vanguard and client locations. Accurately document and track inventory movement using Vanguard\'s asset tracking systems. Record work activities and updates in Microsoft Dynamics accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to balance workloads, promote team unity, and achieve cost-effective and productive business performance. Perform other duties as assigned. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Strong customer service orientation with proven experience and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude. Ability to stand for the entire workday with physical strength and endurance. Physical stamina to lift/carry 10-50 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day. Experience using serialized barcode scanning data entry systems. Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with inventory and documentation accuracy. Demonstrated aptitude for space planning, organization, and reliable inventory movement. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to function and perform assigned duties with limited direct supervision. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with MS Windows and MS Office, including Outlook email, Excel, Word, Web browsers, etc. Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED Valid Wisconsin Driver\'s license with a clean driving record We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, logistics, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful. ** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: rebecca.w@vanguardinc.com
