Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Legal department supporting the implementation of a corporate contract lifecycle management (CLM) system. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a knack for translating complex business processes into actionable system requirements, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid role, onsite a few days a week)

What's the Job?

Attend project workshops to discuss and advocate for the Legal department's requirements.

Meet with Legal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to discuss project status and action items.

Create and/or review project artifacts such as requirements, workflows, and user stories.

Prepare for and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all details are tracked.

Draft project documentation, including test scripts and user acceptance testing cases.

What's Needed?

7+ years of experience managing system implementation projects, including CLMs.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.

Intermediate skills with the MS Office suite.

Experience working closely with business users to translate their needs into system requirements.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys.
