Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial processes, supporting operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks. This onsite position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for recent Accounting & Finance graduates with anywhere from 0-2 years of relevant experience. We are looking for someone with a strong willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and the drive to build a solid foundation in accounting and office operations.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Deliver exceptional customer service when engaging with clients and vendors.

Complete reconciliations and maintain precise financial records.

Assist the team with various administrative and financial responsibilities.

Document and follow up on tasks with careful attention to detail and minimal supervision.

Requirements

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

Positive and cooperative attitude with a focus on teamwork.

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

0-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, customer service, or office support.

Familiarity with accounting or administrative software, such as QuickBooks, is a plus.

Degree in accounting or finance preferred but not mandatory.
