Job Description:

This position safeguards Intermountain Healthcare assets through monthly accounting operations and internal controls, and ensures accurate and compliant financial reporting. Initial duties are performed under close supervision; thereafter, routine tasks are completed with general review. Non-routine tasks are closely supervised.

This is a 100% remote position however, currently we are unable to consider candidates for remote opportunities in the following states: California, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut and Washington.

Responsible for the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements, including as balance sheets, income statement and according to the monthly close schedule.

Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.

Provides financial support for forecasting, and analyzing variations from budget.

Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service behavior standards.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required

One (1) year accounting experience is required

Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.

May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$29.66 - $46.72
